I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service Ms Judy gave to me. I have mental illness and she was very patient and explained everything to me. She even walked me through all the necessary steps to complete the process. I couldn't have asked for a greater understanding and experience. I would recommend her to everyone. I just became part of the ASLR family. I saw that my college loans could be consolidated, reduced or forgiven. I contacted ASLR to see if they could help me. I graduated in 2011 from *** University. My student loans had been in forbearance since! The process was explained to me by Cassie C at ASLR. Cassie was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my Husband. She helped me get my monthly payments reduced to zero. After I complete my 240 monthly, on time payments, $27k of my loans will be forgiven. Thank you Cassie C and ASLR!!
