It’s so exciting to finish school and realize how far you have come. Then, months later you start getting notifications that’s your payment is coming due. Not only were they super supportive and knowledgeable, they were also so understanding, patient, and so kind - which is what I needed in the crunch time I was in to bring these payments down. Aslr is a pleasant company to go through. Unfortunately, I personally wasn't able to go through with the program due to some problems with my student loans but the customer service I was given was outstanding! I was helped by Tiffani and she was awesome! Other places I have called didn't have friendly reps like her. She was also able to explain everything I was concerned about on my loans. American Student Loan Advocates (ASLA) really helped me. My Federal student loan account was delinquent for a while, the recession had hit me really hard. When I got back somehow on track, I was paying a good chunk from my reduced paycheck. I don't remember exactly how ASLA got in touch with me but I soon realized that I should have called them first before I started to pay my student loans again. They helped me by showing me options, their services and the benefits from taking them. This guy (Fabian A) told me how I would save on the long run by simply following his plan. He reduced my monthly payments and the difference became the pay for ASLV for a while. I didn't feel any difference in my paycheck at first but suddenly my credit score was 200 points higher!
You see, by taking this service my federal account was shown as fully paid because of the ASLA services and this reflected in my credit score. Of course I will fully pay my student loans but now I'm enjoying the benefits of having a great FICO or whatever is the term for a credit score.
This a true story. This is a great and true service. Your results might be different than mine but I'm willing to bet that they will also be great results too if you also call them.
