Client spoke with customer service and a full refund was given as per customer request. We apologize for the delay in getting mugs out.

I received the item I ordered and am satisfied with the result.  The item quality was good.

We have not received an email or a call from customer. I called and left a message that refund was placed and emailed customer a copy.Weekly emails have gone out to update customers on their orders. Copies of our donation cheques and receipts have been posted to show our donations. I am happy to...

Good Day, I am confused as to why the offer is rejected. Desired refund of 39.94 has been given. Email confirmation for that has been sent. The monthly subscription membership has been cancelled and an email confirmation for that as well. My question is, was the original order not received? Flag and stickers were shipped via [redacted] first class mail March 20. I am gladly sending out another flag and stickers this day, I have sent it with tracking and the [redacted] tracking number is [redacted] Please let me know how to further assist
