Customer was refunded and confirmation sent as requested on November 30, 2016. Have resent again to email address above

I deeply appreciate a prompt resolution to this case.(Please note: The business [redacted] shows a phone number and states a customer can call 24/7. One can call all they want, but getting someone to answer the phone is another matter.)
