I am rejecting this response because:
They Indeed shipped one of the two orders made still gave me the runaround on first order so demanded a refund so they worded the response to look...
good when in all reality they only backed half of what they claimed they would do
Sincerely,
[redacted]

All orders were delivered and meet all standards of the item description. As currently stands. the customer has his orders and place a chargeback stating that his items were never received. This is not accurate and we have tracking that proves this.
Customer was issued a refund in full. This is a SKU that was supposed to be removed at the beginning of the year.
11/27/2017: Mediator sent...
consumer email requesting update.11/27/2017: The business did contact me and I have received a refund on four of my orders. I was able to come to an agreement with the business, but I’m still waiting on a refund for five more of my orders.11/28/2017: I have received refunds on all of my orders and I have received refund notifications for all of them. Thanks for all of your help.
02/05/2018: Mediator sent business email requesting response.02/07/2018: Mediator sent business email requesting response.
01/31/2018: Mediator sent consumer email requesting update.01/31/2018: Thank you for the update. I did not receive the items I ordered. I did receive a refund, which was not fully what I had requested, and only satisfies half of the issue. The Company offered a GUARANTEE as part of their Christmas sales that ALL items ordered, including past unfulfilled orders, would be delivered by Christmas. I emailed [redacted] regarding the items I ordered back in August 2017, to see if they were in fact a part of the guarantee promotion. He responded that my order did qualify, and that I would receive my items by Christmas. I never received my items.I had asked them to just send me "double" what I ordered, in order to make the transaction easier. They would not respond to MULTIPLE emails. I sent emails weekly requesting my items, and would never get them to respond. This was when I opened my claim with the Revdex.com.I sent the Company emails after they issued the refund, saying that they are being fraudulant in saying that they guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I said that they still need to send the items, even if they issued a refund. I feel that they are doing the very least, with the hope that I will be satisfied with getting my money back. Normally I would, but they GUARANTEED that I would receive my items by Christmas. I feel that they are not living up to their own words. What about other people who had ruined Christmas' because they did not receive their items in time. Were they eventually shipped their product, AND receive a refund? How were other customers compensated?I am sure they are upset that I filed a claim with the Revdex.com. However, if they would have responded to my emails, or pick up the phone and call me (as I requested, and received a voicemail once by [redacted] to call him back, but he was not entirely sure what the issue was), I would not have been forced to open a claim. The amounts that they refunded me were $163.09 and $68.00 respectively.02/20/2018: I am following up on this complaint. I received notification that the Company is now out of business. They are still shipping backorders and final clearance sale items, however they have indicated that their website has been closed. Please advise as to the current status, and if you need any additional information from me. 02/22/2018: Thank you for the follow up. So, with the company now going out of business per se, is my complaint/mediation just dismissed? Is thefe a way that the two owners are "tagged" in your system for future businesses that they may open? I just don't want them to scam others.I am guessing that the only way that I could get the items that they promised, is by persuing legal action against them.
I still have not received any response from Baseball Collectors and I have not received the card.
