I am rejecting this response because: The business owner has
emailed me about all the problems they have or are having with shipping out items or not even having the items on hand at the time they are selling them, they are giving refunds on gift cards that cant be used for anything from them as they do not ever have any items available to ship out when ordered, and you have to start all over again with arguing with them about never shipping out any items, then they refund the money on the gift card and you are still out of any items you order.They have told me since the beginning of all of this that they were just behind in shipping and that all items would ship, then they refund and say they will still ship out the items as they were part of a promotional sale that stated that if not received by Christmas they were free, they still have not sent any of those items as of yetso I am still owed those items as well, as for the items purchased with the gift card, they refunded that amount back to the gift card, and he told me that he was still going to ship me the items I ordered as well, but I doubt they will do that as they have not made any attempt to send out the remaining items from the first order. now I am waiting on the remainder of orders that have not been shipped, and have a gift card that I can use to buy more stuff that probably wont be shipped either. they need to fulfill all the orders I have made and then ship out those items as were promised then we can discuss the additional gift card stuff

This is just another way of the Company to do nothing I called my credit card company to see if they can do anything,and it is being investigated. We will see if I get credit also unless I contacted the Revdex.com I would have never heard anything from this companyThey never returned any of my e-mails

*** *** I'm not buying that it was lost in shipping it was never shipped in the 1st place.Signed up for shipping text updates and never received one that it was even shipped out.I guess getting my money back is good enough but I'll believe it when I see it

The customer sent an inquiry regarding order *** on January 6thCustomer Service sent a response on January 11th letting the customer know that the order would be shipping that dayThe shipping department did send the order out with tracking # ***The customer did
receive e-mail correspondence confirming the order was shipping out on January 11thCustomer did respond stating they opened a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding the non shipped item and would mark complaint as satisfactory once item was received

Well I finally had email address that would send to them and they said they would put me on the list but still haven't got what I bought so went to send email and it doesn't work anymore it was *** and this one doesn't work and on there emails from *** ***
*** *** say they are still filling orders from baseball collectors daily and I don't think they are I made the orders back on February so I think that should be long enough to get shippedI'm thinking I need to report these guys to police/FBI or whoever handles if you could help me out with that it would be greatly appreciatedThank you for your timeShane Miller
