Everything was perfect. We were thinking of moving here to Arizona. The house we booked through VRsimple was great. We had a really quiet neighborhood. It was nice and quiet.

The house was beautiful. The furniture was great, nicely decorated.

We felt at home. We really enjoyed out time. When we got back from our trip, my son said lets go back to the house when we left. He called it “home”. He enjoyed the pool too.

The price was right, location, area. Inside and out. The property is beautiful.

I rented the Monterosa house with my family for almost two month. We flew in internationally to Arizona and really enjoyed our time here.

The house was spotless. You could tell that someone had just cleaned it before we arrived and did a job at doing so!

The customer service of the management team and the host was great and very attentive. They even found someone that could speak in my language which I thought was thoughtful.

My family enjoyed the house and its amenities. The kitchen was equipped well.

We would recommend this house to anyone.

I came to visit family and friends in Arizona. I come out as frequently as I can. The McCormick ranch house was excellent.

I had a good time. It was very comfortable. Normally when I come out and I stay at a hotel but renting a house this time felt homey.

I would recommend it to anybody coming out here. Very preferable to stay a rental instead of a hotel. There are more amenities.

The pool was great. Everything was in perfect condition, it felt like a brand new house. Perfect location.

When I visit Arizona again I will be using this company again.

I have been very pleased with the whole experience f renting with vacation rentals made simple. My family and I came from Jordan to spend time with our relatives in Arizona. We needed a house to stay in while we were here.

The entire process from start to finish was very smooth. The company was very good at giving us directions and the code to the house on time. Great customer service with all parties that I dealt with.

I am very particular and picky about how clean rental houses are, the Meadowbrook house I rented from them was spotless when I arrived.

There was a nice manual with suggested restaurants we could eat in the area. I really like how all the switches were marked.

We barbequed outside, enjoyed the sunshine, played with the pool table and the kids swam in the pool. It was truly a vacation to remember!

I am going to make this an annual trip with my family. We will come here same time next year and rent with this company. Thank you than you thank you!

This company kept a $1,000 security deposit for one 81/2 x 11 piece of copy paper that was destroyed. The first time I called they said no money would be returned because of the damaged 81/2 x 11 piece of copy paper and a noise ordinance violation. After discussion they realized there was no noise violation and said they would send $500. After 7 follow-up calls they came back there wouldn't be any money returned due to other charges: didn't cover the pool, left the grille un-clean, didn't take out the trash, and damaged art. These are false/made-up charges that were not true....we never used the pool because it was 65 degrees and never used the grille because it didn't have gas. We did take out the trash on trash day and left the home in really good shape. These people are fraudulent! Do not use!!

Over the summer, my family and I stayed at the Vista Bonita home in Scottsdale. The home, the views and the backyard was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our family was able to have our privacy and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Since we were literally in the desert, we were able to bird watch from the living room window and see a cute little quail family just outside the gate. The booking process was a little more than we would have done for say a hotel due to the options/selections ( we actually had to talk to someone) but for the value and the experience, it was totally worth it! We will absolutely be back!

We loved it! We had a great time! The delcoa house has a perfect backyard. We were a bunch of friends coming for a wedding.

We were twelve people in the house, there was a lot of room for us out-of-towners.

The bathroom situation was very good, having so many bathrooms in the house was very good for the amount of people we had. The house was clean. The location was perfect, around everything that we wanted to do.

The place just absolutely spectacular, I don’t know a better word. It exceeded expectation because when you looked at pictures online you don’t get a true vision. Sometimes when you book houses online you don’t get the true vision of what a place looks like, but this house exceeded expectations. We were down there for golfing and playing baseball. When we experienced a small problem, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very responsive customer service and quick to solve problems. It’s been a great experience.

It was excellent. This was our first time in Scottsdale, our location was really good. We walked to downtown and to the fashion square mall.

The house itself had lots of room for the six of us. We were six guys coming down for football. We spent a lot of time outside, the pool setup was excellent.

The house overall and the layout was great. It’s great for a group of people hanging out inside and outside. I liked that it had TVs, the pool table and the big kitchen island. We had great time. And we are looking at coming back next year to the same house.

The property was clean and well stocked for everything we would need. The fact it's walking distance to old town was a huge plus as well. The pool was perfect to cool off in. Would recommend this if you have a couple families or 4-6 guys on a golf trip as no one would need to share a bed then. Overall it was perfect for our needs. The property was easy to get all of the info for through the management team so no complaints whatsoever

It was such a wonderful property. We had such a great time. The stadium house was marvelous, we came back as “new” woman after the trip.

We were very happy with everything. It was so nice to be away on a beautiful property.

We came to the stadium house to celebrate a 40th birthday. It will definitely be one to remember because of the house.

The property absolutely inviting and so beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. The house was perfect for a gathering, a party, girls/guys getaway or a celebration.

The backyard has so much to offer with pool and putting green. We would highly recommend it to anyone that would be looking for the perfect getaway and rejuvenation.

We were very happy with it. We would love to make this a yearly thing. We would love to make it back to the same property next year.

I was looking for a house to rent for a weekend through VRBO. Vacation Rentals Made Simple contacted me based on my inquiries, saying that the homes I am looking at are homes they manage. I found a beautiful house that I was really excited about. Everything after that was a mess. I have been waiting a month now for my deposit money back. I have tried multiple numbers and email addresses that I have been given, but am getting no where. They continue to tell me to try contacting other people, but no one is able to give me an answer as to where my deposit money is at. The patio furniture was in bad condition and looks nothing like the pictures. Not all of what was pictured was even on the patio. The house smelled horrendous. Completely horrendous. I called to get the heat turned on in the pool, they said they would find someone and call me back. That never happened. The bathrooms were dirty. We left the house much nicer than it was when we got there. Everything about my experience with this group has felt like a scam. I did not think I was actually going to have a house to stay in when I landed because of how weird they handled things right before our trip.

The Tatum Ranch house was wonderful. It was everything I could have hoped for. We came for my sisters bachelorette party.

The house was very clean. The house shows as good as the pictures if not better!

Great location for a family weekend or a girls weekend. The house was very close to the grocery store.

There was lots of room in the house to spread out.

The pool was nice and clean, there was plenty of chairs to lay out on and everybody had a seat in our party which is what we were looking for.
