It was such a wonderful propertyWe had such a great timeThe stadium house was marvelous, we came back as “new” woman after the trip We were very happy with everythingIt was so nice to be away on a beautiful property We came to the stadium house to celebrate a 40th birthdayIt will definitely be one to remember because of the house The property absolutely inviting and so beautifulThe beds were so comfortableThe house was perfect for a gathering, a party, girls/guys getaway or a celebration The backyard has so much to offer with pool and putting greenWe would highly recommend it to anyone that would be looking for the perfect getaway and rejuvenation We were very happy with itWe would love to make this a yearly thingWe would love to make it back to the same property next year

Fabulous House for Me and My Family! I stayed at the Sierra Sunset house with my family using this companyWe flew in from [redacted] It was so lovely and exquisite to come to such a clean and perfect homeIt looked so fabulous on the insideIt was so nice and spacious We enjoyed basking in the sun every day and drinking our ice teaWe felt like we were movie stars The customer service was excellent! I was nervous putting down a security deposit but within two and half weeks of my stay, it was mailed back to my house in the UK Now I know which house I will be renting next year I would say this is the cherry on top of the cake for me but truth me told this was the cake itself!

I have been very pleased with the whole experience f renting with vacation rentals made simpleMy family and I came from Jordan to spend time with our relatives in ArizonaWe needed a house to stay in while we were here The entire process from start to finish was very smoothThe company was very good at giving us directions and the code to the house on timeGreat customer service with all parties that I dealt with I am very particular and picky about how clean rental houses are, the Meadowbrook house I rented from them was spotless when I arrived There was a nice manual with suggested restaurants we could eat in the areaI really like how all the switches were marked We barbequed outside, enjoyed the sunshine, played with the pool table and the kids swam in the poolIt was truly a vacation to remember! I am going to make this an annual trip with my familyWe will come here same time next year and rent with this companyThank you than you thank you!

Over the summer, my family and I stayed at the Vista Bonita home in ScottsdaleThe home, the views and the backyard was amazing There was plenty of room for everyone Our family was able to have our privacy and enjoy the beautiful sunsetsSince we were literally in the desert, we were able to bird watch from the living room window and see a cute little quail family just outside the gateThe booking process was a little more than we would have done for say a hotel due to the options/selections ( we actually had to talk to someone) but for the value and the experience, it was totally worth it! We will absolutely be back!

We loved it! We had a great time! The delcoa house has a perfect backyardWe were a bunch of friends coming for a wedding
We were twelve people in the house, there was a lot of room for us out-of-towners
The bathroom situation was very good, having so many bathrooms in the house was very good for the amount of people we had The house was cleanThe location was perfect, around everything that we wanted to do

This company kept a $1,security deposit for one 81/x piece of copy paper that was destroyed The first time I called they said no money would be returned because of the damaged 81/x piece of copy paper and a noise ordinance violation After discussion they realized there was no noise violation and said they would send $ After follcalls they came back there wouldn't be any money returned due to other charges: didn't cover the pool, left the grille un-clean, didn't take out the trash, and damaged art These are false/macharges that were not true....we never used the pool because it was degrees and never used the grille because it didn't have gas We did take out the trash on trash day and left the home in really good shape These people are fraudulent! Do not use!!

I was looking for a house to rent for a weekend through VRBO Vacation Rentals Made Simple contacted me based on my inquiries, saying that the homes I am looking at are homes they manage I found a beautiful house that I was really excited about Everything after that was a mess I have been waiting a month now for my deposit money back I have tried multiple numbers and email addresses that I have been given, but am getting no where They continue to tell me to try contacting other people, but no one is able to give me an answer as to where my deposit money is at The patio furniture was in bad condition and looks nothing like the pictures Not all of what was pictured was even on the patio The house smelled horrendous Completely horrendous I called to get the heat turned on in the pool, they said they would find someone and call me back That never happened The bathrooms were dirty We left the house much nicer than it was when we got there Everything about my experience with this group has felt like a scam I did not think I was actually going to have a house to stay in when I landed because of how weird they handled things right before our trip

This company insists on a security deposit and withholds money without itemized deductions and in a fraudulent manner Like others that have complained, we were charged an unitemized $"make ready" fee that was not specified in our contract Further, we were charged for "BBQ usage" a $charge for a full tank of propane despite the fact that we never cooked out or touched the grill during our stay Customer service follow up has gotten nowhere They don't care Buyer beware!

When I arrived to the whisper trail house, everything was perfect and cleanThe house was immaculateThe pool was beautiful and wonderful to lounge byThe bed was very comfortable to sleep in, I usually have a hard time adjusting to beds but not at this houseThe kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, I could cook myself nice home made mealsThe neighborhood the house was located in was greatI had a memorable time!
I will definitely be using this company again when I come back to ArizonaThey took good care of me

It was excellentThis was our first time in Scottsdale, our location was really goodWe walked to downtown and to the fashion square mall
The house itself had lots of room for the six of usWe were six guys coming down for footballWe spent a lot of time outside, the pool setup was excellent
The house overall and the layout was greatIt’s great for a group of people hanging out inside and outsideI liked that it had TVs, the pool table and the big kitchen islandWe had great timeAnd we are looking at coming back next year to the same house

I rented the Monterosa house with my family for almost two monthWe flew in internationally to Arizona and really enjoyed our time here
The house was spotlessYou could tell that someone had just cleaned it before we arrived and did a job at doing so!

I came to visit family and friends in Arizona. I come out as frequently as I can. The McCormick ranch house was excellent.
I had a good time. It was very comfortable. Normally when I come out and I stay at a hotel but renting a house this time felt homey.
I would recommend it to anybody coming out here. Very preferable to stay a rental instead of a hotel. There are more amenities.
The pool was great. Everything was in perfect condition, it felt like a brand new house. Perfect location.
When I visit Arizona again I will be using this company again.

The Tatum Ranch house was wonderful. It was everything I could have hoped for. We came for my sisters bachelorette party.
The house was very clean. The house shows as good as the pictures if not better!
Great location for a family weekend or a girls weekend. The house was very close to the grocery store.

The pool was nice and clean, there was plenty of chairs to lay out on and everybody had a seat in our party which is what we were looking for.
