Review: I used this companies services to type a resume. The agreement states that if not cancelled before a certain date then a monthly fee will be charged. After I used their services I immediately terminated my membership so I would not be charged the fee. On June 5 my debit card was charged the monthly fee. When I called customer service I was told the system hadn't cancelled my membership therefore I was charged. The customer service rep then cancelled the membership. There is no reason for my to sit here and not be honest but the membership was cancelled within 10 minutes of using their services. This just makes me think how many other people this has happened too. All I ask is to have my 39.95 refunded to my account.Desired Settlement: My account refunded the monthly fee that should have never been charged to begin with.

Hello,When the customer subscribed to our Trial subscription, He/She accepted our terms of agreement which stated that they would be receiving our subscription services and that the Trial would auto-renew into a Monthly subscription on a specific date. Our services are not a one time purchase, but an ongoing subscription. They had the option to cancel at any time during the 14 day trial period to prevent the auto-renewal and in order to avoid future charges.The cancellation process is very simple: Log in > My Account >> Plan Information >>> Cancel This will confirm that the account was successfully canceled. The customer will continue to have access to all of the features of our website until the next month at which time the access will be limited to the features of our Lite Account or Free Account.To download a digital copy of the resume for free they have the option to choose the TEXT format which will not require them to make any payments. However, all other services require a payment as stated above and according to our Terms of Use. No additional charges will be levied against their credit card as long as the account remains canceled. Should they reactivate the account, the credit card will be charged accordingly.When the customer purchased the account we provided instructions on how to cancel, along with the specific date and time at which the billing cycle would take place. We informed that it needed to be canceled on a timely manner.We recognize that the account is now cancelled, however, the cancellation came after the billing cycle had already occurred. The information regarding our Subscription Service is NOT in fine print and can be located in our Terms of Use, Plan Comparison, Sales Receipt, Plan Information and Alerts.I am sorry to inform this, but as per our Terms of Use, the customer is responsible for the charges incurred. However, I highly recommend using the services that he/she is now entitled to under their current subscription.Please let us know if you require any additional type of documentation to serve as evidence of the charges and our Terms of Use. Review: I was enrolled for a $1.00 fee to download a formatted resume. Because of this, they auto enrolled me for a $39.95 charge that was taken twice. They refused to refund the account even when told that I did not authorize those charges and a $39.95 was never disclosed. It is incredibly unethical.Desired Settlement: I would like the two $39.95 charges refunded as I did not authorize them.

Review: I paid them $1.99 for a 14 day resume builder use, then two hours after I started the subscription I canceled it. but two weeks later my credit card company let me know some company from some other country just charged me $39.99 to my card. so I talked to a customer service person who was rude & gave me emails to get ahold of a supervisor, but both of the emails were fake! I just want them to pay me the money they stole from me. first of all they stole $39.99 from me second I cant get ahold of them. this practice is used a lot to get money for nothing, thinking most people don't check their credit card statements closely..Desired Settlement: I just want them to pay me the money they stole from me. I don't want to see these people steal from anyone else!!

Review: There was a 2 week trial subscription for their services. I needed a cover letter, which cost $1. I wouldn't have minded paying the $1 fee but I was going to cancel the subscription in 2 weeks anyway. I wasn't charged for the cover letter, I was charged for the 1 month subscription for their services. They said I was charged because I ordered at 7am and should have cancelled on the 14th day at 7am. If I would have known they were going to be so anal about the timing,I would have cancelled sooner. I called to see if they were going to return my $39 but I was told I shouldn't have waited at the last minute...literally. Again, there was no fine print saying "we charge at the exact hour of the beginning your trial." Everywhere else you have until 11:59pm to cancel things, if I would have known, I obviously would have cancelled.Desired Settlement: I just want my $39.50.
