WE called them in the morning and they were out there the same day without charging us extra fees for coming out for an emergency. They fixed our problem and they were very professional. I would do and will do business with this company again.

I had called them in the morning for an issue I had with my unit and by 1:00 pm same day I had a very knowledgeable and experienced technician who resolved the issue. Great service, professionalism, knowledge and above all very pleasant people to work with.

Explained all options and service maintenance programs available with R&S Mechanical. Would definitely recommend this company.

Two young men came to my home today from R&S Mechanical... One for the heating and the other for plumbing... Great experience with both of them... The first young man got me up to speed with my new (for me) heating system. He even lit the pilot light on the fireplace for me and showed me how it works! The plumbing needed some maintenance, which ([redacted]?) took care of (replaced a pressure valve) and then made an appointment to come back to replace faucet appliances... Great JobsThank you both...
Gotta mention [redacted]... I called in the morning and he had the gentlemen on the job by lunchtime!!!! (smile)
