I am rejecting this response because:
I was swindled and never signed up for the theft protection service. It was pushed through with other paperwork and this practice is deciectful and apprehensable. I am shocked and saddened by the outcome and will use ever opportunity available to me to spread the deplorable business practices of Johnny Londoff!

I am rejecting this response because:
We have the title but the vehicle needs to be registered and the plates need to be transferred. The vehicle was purchased [redacted] 2018 but the date on the title [redacted]. I believe this may be an error. Lastly we were told by the dealer that they would cover the cost to register the vehicle but we have not received anything else regarding that.

Ms. [redacted] brought her 2010 Impala into our dealership in February of 2013 for the first time. She purchased the vehicle somewhere else. The first time we saw the vehicle it had over 77,000 miles. Below are the dates we have had this vehicle in...

2-8-13
6-27-13
5-12-14
7-22-14
11-20-15
We repaired and/or replaced the transmission on 6-27-13 and 5-12-14. The first time it was covered by warranty and the second repair we got assistance from GM.
When the car came back on 7-22-14 it had 112,109. At that time we recommended repairs but the customer declined. The customer declined any repairs at this time. The engine oil pan gasket was leaking oil, the oil filter adapter was leaking oil, transmission oil cooler lines fittings were leaking, the engine front mount was broken and needed to be replaced.
We did not see the vehicle again until it came in on 11-20-15 with 147,842 miles.
Obviously, there are gaps in the service history. Having not seen the vehicle for over 35,000 miles and not knowing the maintenance history of the vehicle, we can not be held responsible for the current repairs. We do want to help her. A new member of our sales team, [redacted] has attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] on several occasions. We will do our best to try to trade her out of her vehicle.
