On Oct5th our corp customer service representative *** *** advised *** to please use bottled water ( that isn't reverse osmosis or softened) to enhance the performance of the KmodelOur current line up of brewers are not compatible with these water typeswe appreciate ***'s
patience & willingness to try this suggestion to enhance her experience with our product

The repair kit is being overnighted today. I emailed customer with the tracking number and confirmation. Thank you

[They sent a replacement brewer under order number *** with a *** tracking number of *** and it shows as delivered at 10:08am and I returned home around noon today and the package is no where to be found! I called Keurig Customer Care and finally after getting the guy to understand why I was calling he looking into it and put me on holdHe came back and said that he would transfer me to the "Order Status" department to find out what was going onThen he asked me if there was anything else he could help me with and he disconnected the call! This is ridiculous, Keurigs customer service is absolutely horrible!]

I bought merchandise from another vendor. Keurig continues to have problems with their website and delivery methods. Most of their offers are to give free merchandise to pacify the customers. As I told them that day, I am more interested in seeing the root cause truly investigated and the problems actually fixed. For that reason I have looked to other vendors for my K-Cup coffee supplies

Upon inspection of the consumer's coffee brewer there was no defect or malfunction found. Nevertheless, we offered a good faith compromise to settle the claim for the replacement value of the consumer's countertop as determined by an independent adjuster. This offer was
rejected by the consumer. Thank you

We have attempted to contact the customer through both voicemail and email over this last week. Unfortunately we have not heard back from the customer so that we can resolve the issue
