we issued a credit for the difference of price including tax of $a credit should be applied against the consumers credit card account within - business days or when his credit card company posts it to his account

Both orders ***, *** cancelled + preauth reversal sent to bank per our finance dept

We have contacted the customer and we are working on a satisfactory resolution directly with the customer

I have no record of the call Please contact me with email provided with a prepaid label for shipping and I will send the brewer back Or better yet give me a different brewer of equal value as that is the SECOND brewer I have received.As for your single phone call........I have been calling and trying to resolve this situation for months You can't sell brand new equipment to people and then not honor the warranty Try *** *** or any number of employees that I have spoken to all telling me that this product is not covered by warranty

I am not rejecting their proposal to remedy this situation They were very helpful However, on the 4th they assured me it would be taken care of that day and a new coffee maker would be sent out that day by *** When I did not hear anything by Friday, the 6th, I called them Since it was supposed to be sent out overnight, I assumed I would have it The rep informed me they were out of black coffee makers and eventually the order that was placed on my behalf on the 4th would cancel She took another order for a red coffee maker and said it would go out that day It appears to now be two packages being mailed Neither were sent the day they said they would be sent and, in the meantime, I am without a coffee maker When my first coffee maker quit working, the response was swift and I received a new one almost immediately These are still in transit and it will soon be a week since I spoke to someone on the 4th They were very nice and I appreciate their service but there appears to be a problem with their communication when it comes to shipping I was assured by the rep on the 6th it would go out right away According to the tracking information, it did not actually go out until today I sincerely appreciate their efforts but I need a coffee maker
