Just bought 4 used tires from k and k very rude people there I was not impressed with them at all only one guy that helped me was professional the other guy was rude didn't know how to deal with people at all I feel bad for the nice one because he could do so much better if the other guy wasn't there do not recommend anyone to go there for any reason

We have no service agreements with a Park North Apartments nor does Google pull up a Park North Apartments in Beaumont Texas.  We perform thousands of tows a year.  If you cannot give us a more precise time frame and proper name of an apartment complex that we have or have had a service agreement with then there really is no way for us to narrow down the tow and look at the facts of your tow.  We are trying our best to help, but if this is over two years old then we are using a completely new software program to manage our tows, this means we will need to manually go back through our files and without a PROPER apartment name and SMALLER time frame that is virtually impossible.

Everybody on social media just lying on k and k towing? Everybody crazy and parking crazy and k and k is just awesome at doing their job. I think not. So k and k towing isn't banned from Vidor, Tx I guess either? I guess our manager didn't ban y'all from towing out here either? We all just parking messed up? It's several hundreds of people complaining on social media, several hundreds of complaints on google reviews of your rude company towing only at 3-4 am. I didn't get proof..... But you got proof the man a child molester that's talking about your company. But I can't get proof of a double park ? But if I was double parked, why tow mine and not the other vehicle y'all put a warning on? Y'all saw a nice Texas edition Silverado and just wanted it. I got charged a towing fee for a vehicle reported stolen by Beaumont police for 3 days!!! And you keep saying you just charged me a towing fee as if you did me a favor! My wallet and credentials was in there! I had everything cancelled because of y'all! I missed work because of y'all! I was 30 weeks pregnant at that time and missed my appointment because of y'all! Y'all didn't report it to the police and you keep saying oh well just charge towing fee and my driver was tired. first I have heard of this.As I stated to you we are hired to perform a service and the pictures that we have clearly show your vehicle in the grass.  The apartment complex is trying to get the grass to grow back from improper parking and landscaping services are very expensive.  We are hired to do a job and we did it in this situation.I apologize for the inconvenience you have had due to this incident, but this was not an illegal tow.

The manager stated this company is getting "Tow Happy". And they are. I won't stop till I get my $165 back! They just towed my neighbor vehicle for a expired sticker. They not the cops!!! Mr. [redacted],Your vehicle was not towed illegally.  Your community has parking rules and one of those rules is that you are to keep your registration up to date at all times.  You did not follow that rule.  We monitored the parking facility for this particular violation, took pictures of the violation, and sent out the proper letter to notify you that your vehicle was in violation.  The warning letter went to the address on file with the State of Texas, which is the same thing that would happen if you had toll violations, a ticket of any kind that was being mailed to you - you can receive none of these notifications if you do not keep your information up to date., If you had updated your registration as per your communities parking rules (and state law) we would never have towed the vehicle to begin with, and if we had needed to contact you your information would have been correct so that we could reach out to the proper address and send your warning.  We abide by all laws and are very stringent in our business practices.  Your vehicle was returned as a courtesy to the management of your parking facility and for no other reason but that. I strongly advise for you to rectify the situation and get your registration up to date, which had been out for two months at the time we towed it.Sincerely,[redacted]

This place is the shadiest place ever. I was told to stop in anytime between 8 and 5. So I did only to be told to come back at 1pm. So I did. Nobody was there at 1. I had to wait in 5 degree weather for a half an hour. Then when she showed up I got nowhere! It was all a waste of time!!!! The lady that owns it is one of the rudest people I've ever met. They promised me 1 thing and did another. Very pissed off at this place. While I was there she was screaming at a customer and told that customer to shut up, deal with it, and get the hell off my property before I call the cops. I shoulda left when I heard her deal with another customer that way. I see lots of people are pissed and some are suing too. Stay away from this scam artist, rip off lady!!!!!

Review: Legality of tow. Truck was not in restrictive area or blocking traffic. I was in a field next to store on Buford and Irving in South Beaumont. It was illegally removed and searched and my truck also was searched with no probable cause or valid search warrant. Desired Settlement: My truck and belongings.

Jefferson County Sheriffs Office ordered us to tow the vehicle. We did not search the car. The Sheriff's Dept. searched the vehicle. Texas guidelines states the fee per day for storage of vehicle is $21.65. We have attempted to assist this consumer by providing him with a ROP that he needed a notary to sign. We cannot release a vehicle without a drivers license. We unfortunately cannot release the vehicle until the fees are paid for storage and towing.
