In order for me to fully look into the tow I need some specifics. What is the invoice number on your tow ticket? What apartment complex did we tow you from? What is the year, make and model of your vehicle. These three items should help me to better help you. Thank you

My name is ***, and I am the owner of the companyI spoke with you myself on Friday April 28th because I was in Liberty due to a company wide meeting.First of all, I am the one who told you it would only be the cost of the towThat cost is $165. Second, our drivers are never inebriated
and there may be Red bull cans because they run long hours - but never beer cans. Our drivers are subject to annual drug testing and random drug testing and we do not allow that type of behavior EVER. Our drivers see on a daily basis what drinking and driving causes and I want it on record that I completely object to your opinion of what you saw. What if he had been in that truck all night and had wobbly legs from not walking around? What if he had been working long hours and was sincerely tired? I know when I am in a vehicle for a long time I have a hard time when I first get out of the vehicle. Also, depending on which driver you saw, they may have a physical impairment that you know nothing about. I have two drivers with degenerative back issues. Needless to say I do not agree with your assessment of my company. I was extremely nice and accommodating to you in person when our dispatcher made the mistake of not letting you know your vehicle was in BeaumontI made her come out of the company meeting and personally apologize. I made sure you would have EXACTLY what you would need to get your vehicle out so you would have no undue hardship on you when you arrived AND stopped all further charges AND discounted the tow by $43.30.I would like to further investigate your tow as you are alleging that the wrong vehicle was towedPlease let me know the invoice number, the apartment complex it was towed from, the year - make - model - color of your vehicle. First of all *** is the owner of the company not ***, Second of all *** has been paid in full; we have proof of that, as far as your vehicle is concerned we towed it as yalls request at OUR expense and since *** is no longer employed here you will have to pay us to pick it up and

Where do I find the invoice number? It was towed from Avery Trace Apartments in Nederland. The car is a 2007 black Chevy Equinox

I understand your frustration completely, but I have looked at the pictures and can see that the other vehicle that parked by you had to move further into another spot because you were taking two spaces.

On 3/8/18 we towed a gold Chevy trailblazer from Timbers Edge Apartments for taking up two spaces in our photos it shows the vehicle clearly taking two spaces however at the apartment managers request we released the vehicle back to the owner free of charge on the same day. We have a signed service...

agreement with the apartment complex for us to monitor the parking facility located at 1275 pinchback. as for the desired settlement the vehicle was released free.

I am rejecting this response because: That is the correct vin number my car was totaled out and I no longer have it to give you the plate number.  K&K does to from Park North apt. off of Hwy. 69 by the Lawrence exit coming into Beaumont because you towed it 2 times from there along with several other cars for bogus reasons.  Now you are car hustling over at Grace Lake apt. off Sarah St.  There is a couple that took you to small claims court that lived there when you towed them for bogus reasons, and they won their case.  [redacted], 2 door grey Honda accord with the sun roof.

Mr. [redacted],Your vehicle was not towed illegally.  Your community has parking rules and one of those rules is that you are to keep your registration up to date at all times.  You did not follow that rule.  We monitored the parking facility for this particular violation, took pictures...

of the violation, and sent out the proper letter to notify you that your vehicle was in violation.  The warning letter went to the address on file with the State of Texas, which is the same thing that would happen if you had toll violations, a ticket of any kind that was being mailed to you - you can receive none of these notifications if you do not keep your information up to date., If you had updated your registration as per your communities parking rules (and state law) we would never have towed the vehicle to begin with, and if we had needed to contact you your information would have been correct so that we could reach out to the proper address and send your warning.  We abide by all laws and are very stringent in our business practices.  Your vehicle was returned as a courtesy to the management of your parking facility and for no other reason but that. I strongly advise for you to rectify the situation and get your registration up to date, which had been out for two months at the time we towed it.Sincerely,[redacted]
