on June [redacted],2016. [redacted] brought in an iPhone 6 plus with a broken screen (previous to us helping her she had been talking bad about our company to another customer)after further inspection our technician informed her that the starting price was $137.77+tax but since she had a broken display...

so it would have to be an extra $30 for that, we also notified the costumer that her device had a bend, and to fix that we would have to charge another $30 as a labour fee. she immediately started complaining and said she did not want the bend to be fixed.we explained to her that if we did not fix her bends the screens would be more liable to break under small pleasures or falls. she still did not want to get it done.At this point we explained to her that we could not give her any sort of warranty due to the severity of the bend.she went on to explain that she didn't care and that she wasn't paying the extra 30 dollars, not for a warranty but for a service we provide to help the phone from breaking easier. her phone was done within the time we quoted and she signed for a fully functional and repaired device.on Wednesday, July * she showed up at our location and spoke to the manager.she told him that she wanted to get her screen fixed for free since it was lifting and she did not drop it. the manager explained to the lady that her phone was lifting do to a bend she had on her phone. He asked for her phone number and saw that on her account that she did not have a warranty due to the bend she did not want to fix.we also explained to her that we could give her some sort of discount since she took her phone and exited the store yelling "you guys suck!"she returned the next day to different employee trying again to fix it under a warranty.the technician called the manger and explained the situation to which he replied with the same solution, we offered a discount and she denied itpeter then got to the store (on his day off) to help the employee with the situation but saw no point is speaking to the customer due to the fact that she had taken pictures and was already getting inside her vehicle announcing she was going to contact the Revdex.com.over all we feel that [redacted], was being very rude and did not want to listen to any of the advice and solutions that we suggested.she is welcome to drop by our store for a reasonable discount but her warranty is voided due to the bends on it.we have receipts and signed paper work for her repair and warranty status

Recently we have received this letter from the department of Revdex.com.org regarding customer complaint , which is completely invalid . as the customer is having trouble with his phone after breaking it again . So our warranty policy is mentioned on our disclaimer which clearly tells that '90 days...

warranty on parts installed by ifixscreens , warranty does not cover accidents/personal negligence or the act of god. if the customer comes back with broken device so we are not responsible . if he had some issues before it was broken , then yes we are responsible for that damage and we replace then screen for no cost. Have a look on the attachments please !!

They seem to not care or forget that they broke my Ipod. They have replaced the screen (the original complaint and charged me $90+ to do so, but now they have broken the battery on it. They have now fixed the battery (I have no idea that's going to work) but my Ipod was a few months old when I brought it in. I now have a deficient Ipod instead of a new Ipod. I want my credit card credited for the amount I was charged for the screen.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becausThe screen was lifting up just after it was repaired and I was told but it took me two weeks to get back to store and in the mean time it was dropped and you wanted to charge me more money to fix it I then brought it to [redacted] and they said it was not repaired correctly even if the screen cracked after the fact of the screen lifting WhY would [redacted] lie to me they have nothing to gain or loose from telling me the problem

Review: Came into this store expecting to repair the screens on 2 Nexus 5 cell phones, but the repairs were inadequate. First of all, it took 3+ weeks to get the parts in and when they eventually repaired the phones, the screens didn't fit properly, the touchscreen didn't respond on the left and right sides accurately, and the mesh covers that cover the speakers were completely missing. Upon asking for a refund due to shoddy work, the employee refused to do so saying "I can't do that. I already put the screens on." He attempted to add more glue to the screens in order to hold them down better, but it didn't help whatsoever. Very unhappy with the service I received and will never go back.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $304.15 for the 2 Nexus 5 screens.

Review: I contracted the company to fix a broken screen on my phone. I gave the new part that needed to be replaced and during the repair the employee broken my sim card in half, the phone does not work un less it is on speaker mode or my headset is plugged otherwise If I make a phone call no one can heard me or I can not hear them.The company needed to order the parts I was informed that the parts would arrive by the ** of April and as of today there has been no contact from the company about the parts. I went to the store on 4/**/2015 and was informed that the parts have not arrived yet. The parts were due on 04/**/2015. The owner wanted me to make an insurance claim to get my cell phone repair and this way he would only have to pay for the deductable and the insurance would assume the cost of his employees mistake.Desired Settlement: The total of the replacement would 852.00 since the broken phone is still being paid off and the cost of a replacement phone. The amount owed on the broken phone is 299.99 and the cost to replace it is 552.00 which totals 851.99.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by I fix Fix Screens regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The compan attempted to repair their errors three times and finally they damage the phone beyond repair so they gave me another phone with someone else's contact in it from Westchester NY. This used phone does not work as it should and I am tired of dealing with this compan fbecause they feel that I should commit insurance fraud by declaring the phone lost and have the insurance company repleace with a new one because they do not want to replace the 6 month old with a new one. Also they were demanding that I drop this complaint which I am not doing at all. Right now there is no communications between myself and the comany

Review: Dropped iPod Touch off for repair of cracked screen on 02/**/15 and was told two hours for repair. Was given the run around when I returned to pick up iPod to later find out that they had broken the camera when the took the screen off. On February **, I picked up iPod even though they still hadn't repaired the camera. A few days after picking up iPod the home button stopped working. It is now April [redacted] and I've been given many promises of fixing and/or replacing the product. On April [redacted], I picked up a replacement iPod only to later find out it wouldn't even charge. Whole ordeal has been handled very unprofessionally.Desired Settlement: Want iPod repaired or a certified refurbished iPod to replace.

I took my tablet here and was asked to leave a $50 deposit so they could order the new screen. Six weeks later I went back and they said they forgot to order the new screen. I asked for my $50 back and they said that wasn't possible, they would order the screen right then and there. After I got angry, I got my $50 back.

Review: After leaving my sons white I-pad mini with the kiosk storefront located on the west side of the smith haven mall for a screen replacement on Saturday September [redacted] , we had an ongoing issue with having the proper screen set-up delivery on their end , we were asked if we would be able to settle for a black screen replacement and we declined the offer , they said it would take another day to get , as we were not in the hurry we suggested that we wanted original color , with that being said my wife had returned back to their kiosk business and picked up the completed I-pad mini. The time was roughly 2:15 pm on Thursday September [redacted] as this was what the receipt said on our payment of $206.39. My wife had immediately left the mall and headed home , I had returned home from work and my son returned home from school , we ran some errands and wanted to give our son back his I-pad after his homework , this was all but two hours after picking up the I-pad when we noticed a crack in the corner of the upper right top , we were taken back that this had cracked so suddenly , we feel that the installation of the screen had to create a hairline crack which was not noticed by the installer or my wife when signing the receipt of not responsible for cracked screens. I had contacted the store and they had to contact their boss , they called me back and offered to install a new screen for $175.00 , which is crazy after only having this for only 2 hours and we can purchase one for the amount spent on screen. We did not drop or bang this device one bit. A cosmetic flaw seems to be the issue at this point and the company is declining any responsibility nor involvement in making the effort to replace screen at no charge on the fact we just picked up unit. we had a lengthy but interrupted phone conversation while they dealt with customers. The fact that they wont offer to make right and use the voided warranty that they are not responsible once you sign the receipt is not great business to back up your work.Desired Settlement: Replace screen on account we just picked up 2 hours prior from replacement which cracked screen might had surfaced all the way through when we returned home.

Review: All I needed was my screen replaced and this company has not been able to secured screen down. I need a functioning phone and this is ridiculous. Every time I leave the building the screen comes off. They put it back on 7 times and this time they are ignoring me. I need my phone running. They told me if they weren't able to fix a problem they would refund me. They have not fixed it or honored that.Desired Settlement: I need them to fix my phone the way they told me they would. Or refund my money.
