At this time, I have been contacted directly by I fix Fix Screens regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The compan attempted to repair their errors three times and finally they damage the phone beyond repair so they gave me another phone with someone else's contact in it from Westchester NYThis used phone does not work as it should and I am tired of dealing with this compan fbecause they feel that I should commit insurance fraud by declaring the phone lost and have the insurance company repleace with a new one because they do not want to replace the month old with a new oneAlso they were demanding that I drop this complaint which I am not doing at allRight now there is no communications between myself and the comany In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

on June ***, [redacted] brought in an iPhone plus with a broken screen (previous to us helping her she had been talking bad about our company to another customer)after further inspection our technician informed her that the starting price was $137.77+tax but since she had a broken display so it would have to be an extra $for that, we also notified the costumer that her device had a bend, and to fix that we would have to charge another $as a labour feeshe immediately started complaining and said she did not want the bend to be fixed.we explained to her that if we did not fix her bends the screens would be more liable to break under small pleasures or fallsshe still did not want to get it done.At this point we explained to her that we could not give her any sort of warranty due to the severity of the bend.she went on to explain that she didn't care and that she wasn't paying the extra dollars, not for a warranty but for a service we provide to help the phone from breaking easierher phone was done within the time we quoted and she signed for a fully functional and repaired device.on Wednesday, July [redacted] she showed up at our location and spoke to the manager.she told him that she wanted to get her screen fixed for free since it was lifting and she did not drop itthe manager explained to the lady that her phone was lifting do to a bend she had on her phoneHe asked for her phone number and saw that on her account that she did not have a warranty due to the bend she did not want to fix.we also explained to her that we could give her some sort of discount since she took her phone and exited the store yelling "you guys suck!"she returned the next day to different employee trying again to fix it under a warranty.the technician called the manger and explained the situation to which he replied with the same solution, we offered a discount and she denied itpeter then got to the store (on his day off) to help the employee with the situation but saw no point is speaking to the customer due to the fact that she had taken pictures and was already getting inside her vehicle announcing she was going to contact the Revdex.com.over all we feel that [redacted] , was being very rude and did not want to listen to any of the advice and solutions that we suggested.she is welcome to drop by our store for a reasonable discount but her warranty is voided due to the bends on it.we have receipts and signed paper work for her repair and warranty status

They have replaced the screen (the original complaint and charged me $90+ to do so, but now they have broken the battery on it. They have now fixed the battery (I have no idea that's going to work) but my Ipod was a few months old when I brought it in. I now have a deficient Ipod instead of a new Ipod. I took my tablet here and was asked to leave a $deposit so they could order the new screen Six weeks later I went back and they said they forgot to order the new screen I asked for my $back and they said that wasn't possible, they would order the screen right then and there After I got angry, I got my $back

They seem to not care or forget that they broke my IpodThey have replaced the screen (the original complaint and charged me $90+ to do so, but

I just went into the Williamsburg Location at [redacted] to repair my iPhone 6S and they refused to honor my groupon. They said that they no longer repair iPhone 6S and to get a refund from Groupon. Horrible Customer Service. I paid $95 for the Groupon which is only $30 less than [redacted]. Better off just going to [redacted]. It's not worth it to save $30 by going here.

...I took the IPhone in question to Staples to be repaired after the incompetent kids at IFix Screens could not do.  Not only was it less costly but I it also came with a 90 day guarantee at no cost.  When I brought the phone in to be repaired the service man showed me that there was a screw missing on the bottom of the phone.  Upon picking up the phone I was informed that 3 screws were missing from the phone and wires weren't attached on the inside.  Apparently whether I had a warranty or not from IFix Screens they didn't do the job right!  I have attached a copy of the receipt, from Staples, which shows the work they did.

aware of the fact that you are continuing to face issues with your devices.  They ensured me that you are still well within your 90 day warranty period and they would be grateful to be given the opportunity to resolve these issues for you. It is hard for me to say what exactly is causing the issues with your iPhone without being able to personally examine it, but if the screen on your iPad is lifting it is important that you bring it in to be adjusted.  The adhesive on the iPad is an important component to proper functioning and it requires a good amount of time to set under clamps.  Once the screen is set properly you should no longer face any issues with glitching.  If left unsecured, the separation could lead to physical damage of the screen, so please return to the location and allow us to properly adjust the iPad. If you have any issues with this location moving forward, or would prefer to bring your device to another location to fulfill the warranty, please contact me directly so we can coordinate.  My name is [redacted], I handle our customer relations and I can be reached at [redacted].  It is our priority to resolve this issue in a way that you are comfortable with and that yields a result you are happy with.  Again, I'd like to express our regret in the experience you have had and would like to ask for the opportunity to correct our errors and show you that we do appreciate your business and we care about your satisfaction.I will be following-up with your case to ensure that a resolution is reached in the near future. Thank You,[redacted]

Recently we have received this letter from the department of Revdex.com.org regarding customer complaint , which is completely invalid . as the customer is having trouble with his/her phone after breaking it again . So our warranty policy is mentioned on our disclaimer which clearly tells that '90 days warranty on parts installed by ifixscreens , warranty does not cover accidents/personal negligence or the act of god. if the customer comes back with broken device so we are not responsible . if he/she had some issues before it was broken , then yes we are responsible for that damage and we replace then screen for he/she at no cost. As he/she mentioned the part was not installed the right way and thats why it broke is completely invalid. It broke because it fell. for the customer satisfaction we can offer her new screen at part cost only and no service charge because we can not put her broken screen as a warranty claim since she dropped and broke her phone.
