If they would have waived it, I would be a repeat customer and a strong advocate writing rave reviews and recruiting more customers. Unfortunately, the president's limited view on a dollar in the bank is more important than honest brokering and having a good customer base.   ...my money was refunded. This took over an hour. I have never been treated so poorly over $19.99 before, and I will never go there again. The other woman who allegedly worked there told me that she has never had a customer like me before. Y[redacted] reviews suggest otherwise. I would not wish this experience upon anyone because it was very stressful and dishonest. It's unacceptable to treat customers in such a degrading manner. They need to improve with their customer relations and interactions.
