Around May of this year I commissioned Gail [redacted]  to make four copies of a costume I had. When the product arrived I was amazed by the quality and how difficult it was to tell the original from what she made made. In September I decided to reach out and see if she could make four more. She told me she would be able to do them for me in October. Thanksgiving week that order arrived and it was nothing like the first. The fabric had changed, the colors, the fit and also the style. I contacted her immediately asking if someone else had done these by chance. She admitted that the employee who had done the first order was no longer with her and that she had given them to her daughter to do. She furthered admitted that she did not even look at the fabric when it came and had instructed her daughter to do them "asap" though I personally had not told her this was a rush.
