I either want a refund or the product!!
I ordered a free bottle of zylix only pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. I was sent two bottles of dietary supplements. My account was charged $4.95, then $34.90. About a week later my account was charged $85.00. I flipped and called them. I cancelled my subscription. I still haven't got the zylix. I've called 13 times they told me it was shipped and even gave me a tracking number. I called the post office in my town and they told me that tracking # doesn't exist. I called them again and said either refund my money or send me the product.They keep telling me it was shipped. I still haven't got the zylix. I've been fighting this since Aug.31,2018. I call and they tell me I should get it in 7 days. 7 days go by and I still don't have it. All I want is a refund or the product. I've been hung up on and I can't talk to a supervisor. Can anything be done?

Husbands account. An account that does not have my name on it. Needless to say they were not going to give or refund our money.

My Father, is 88 and with dementia. unbeknonst to him he was auto shipped 2 supplements without his consent at $30 ea.
My father is 88 and has dementia. He received 2 orders of supplements he did not order. They are on autoship and charge his credit card monthly. I contacted them to not only cancel all orders, but send back the supplements unopened for credit. The company would not allow for credit of the unopened items, or let me speak to a manager to escalate. My father is unaware that he committed to any autoshipments or even that he placed an order. This is definitely taking advantage of the elderly. The gact they would not escalate to a manager for some responsible resolution is ludicrous.
I would like the $120 in charges in the last 2 months refunded. Anything less than that is unacceptable. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate.

The product was returned using USPS Priority mail.Tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX. It was delivered January 13,2018. I asked them via e-mail to send me a check for $80.00, as the original MasterCard was cancelled. This has been going on for months.

No contact numbers on product labels, return address on mailings don't include company name. Contact number on internet goes straight to voicemail box which is full. Automatic shipping contact on website has no option other than placing an order. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!
I did not agree to the deceptive practices of this company. I feel I'm being scammed - they are failing to refund my money.
I'm a little embarrassed because I can't believe I got mixed up with a scammy/dishonest company. Here is my situation, I was attempting to enter a contest and was directed to the Zylix plus site as a requirement for entry to the drawing. I ordered the trial and paid shipping of $5 as directed. Without my knowledge I was apparently placed into their auto billing program. I have not received any other product, nor do I want it. I didn't agree when purchasing the trial nor did I receive any email stating what was about to happen. On Dec 03 I discovered an $85 dollar charge on my credit card and then another on the 5th also for %85. I dug around online to figure out how to try and stop this from continuing. On the 11th I asked for the two subsequent $85 ($170 total) in charges posted on Dec 03 and Dec 05 to be refunded and for my account to be cancelled. They wrote back trying to bargain saying they would give back 50%. In my initial email request send Monday the 11th demanding to have my account cancelled and the money refunded, I said I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com if they failed to resolve it within 24 hours. I find myself stuck writing you now because to my knowledge they have not cancelled my account nor have they issued a refund. I'm happy to forward my email thread if that helps.
I asked simply for them to 1) Immediately terminate my subscription they auto enrolled me in and 2) Refund the two $85 charges they made to my credit card.

I thought if you cancel the subscription before the trial period ens. Impossible to contact the merchant.

I answered an ad for a free month supply, all I pay was shipping. When I woke up this morning I found they charged my card for ,$85.00 I called twice
On 10/12/17 I ordered a free month supply of zylix, my cost was shipping only.
On 11/1/17,my account was billed $85.00 without my knowledge,when I called them to resolve this they bui was hung up on twice.
The product is trash and I don't want it and I will not spend money on it,I certainly wouldn't have agreed to pay that amount for a product unless I knew it worked. I did not give consent nor did I w or did I want this product.
I want my money back,$85.00. But,as I'm a single parent,and I receive no help I was counting on that money,and it's gone,and I'm just screwed ,sure I'll get by but that sure was a kick in the mouth to wake up to someone spending my money,that I need to feed My kids
