I had my BMW repaired on 11/15/at Zwiebels Auto Repair The tensioner pully and affiliated parts were replaced Before servicing, the vehicle was making a rattling noise when idling and was progressively getting worse After repair, it is and quiet when idling I had taken my vehicle to this business for an estimate on the repair and they totally honored the estimate that I was given For me, having a BMW, I will not just take it anywhere for service and maintenanceAnd I have found ***, ***, *** and the crew to be the best at what they do!

I had my 2003 BMW repaired on 11/15/2016 at Zwiebels Auto Repair. The tensioner pully and affiliated parts were replaced. Before servicing, the vehicle was making a rattling noise when idling and was progressively getting worse. After repair, it is normal and quiet when idling. I had taken my vehicle to this business for an estimate on the repair and they totally honored the estimate that I was given. For me, having a BMW, I will not just take it anywhere for service and maintenance. And I have found [redacted] and the crew to be the best at what they do!

I have a 2003 BMW 530I that died on me one cold morning as I was running an errand. So I usually call the [redacted] in Pinebuff for my auto repair (cause you can't trust just anyone with an import such as BMW). You want it to run in tip-top shape as a high performance car. [redacted] told me that they do not do the kind of repair that my car needed at this point in time and they referred me to Zwiebels Auto Repair in Pinebluff, NC. So I called them and had my car towed to their shop. I had not heard of this shop though I had passed right by it many times so I obviously wondered how good of work that they did. Then I happened to run across a couple of people that gave excellent reviews of this business. So I was immediately relieved of my speculation. It took about 2 weeks for the work to be done as quite a few parts had to be replaced. I was full of anticipation and when I went to pick up my BMW I had a chance to meet [redacted] and [redacted] (awesome people) and was very pleased with the work that was done. This 2003 530I run like a brand new car with renewed power and boy was I thrilled!! As time went on it seemed to be running so much better and smoother than before, after all it is an 12 year old bimmer. I totally reccomend Zwiebels Auto Repair, especially if you have an import vehicle. You will not be disappointed.
