I have been in contact with *** off and on, contact was made with *** on the 31st via text message.There has been scheduling issues as well as personal issues that have prohibited me from fulfilling this warranty issue I do have it scheduled at this time to go to *** home on
Thursday within her alloted time frames to address the issues I will be asking *** to retract her complaint once the issue is resolved
