[redacted] This is in regards to case number Mr [redacted] came into our store on 1/10/wanting us to inspect his year old tires for adjustment and to also go to a larger size tireWe inspected his tires and found them to have dry crackingThey were at the end of the manufacture warranty, so as a good will gesture we gave him a credit of $per tireWe informed him that the tires he wanted to install on the vehicle were not the correct size and would not fit correctlyHe was very adamant that we install them on his vehicleOn 3/5/he returned to our location with damage to the rear tiresAt that time we removed all tires off of his vehicle and replaced them with new tires of the correct size at our store cost of $per tireWe gave him a credit of $for the tires that were not damaged on his vehicle that we could resellHis total bill on 3/5/was $200.00, this was the difference between the new tires and the credit of the tires that were not damagedI feel like we did everything we could on our end to take care of Mr [redacted] on 3/5/
