my credit account was charged with 41.48 Can. Dlls. Today is February 10th and have
not received any pants. You can check because I paid with credit card .
I have sent many e-mails and the answer is to contact support@zunaris.com
After two months delay I hope to receive any answer to my complain.

I've had a very similar experience - ordered lined leggings on 29 December from Luxiotica and card charged to Zunaris. First email just received an acknowledgement, second no reply. My order number is 12519. If they can't deliver, they should refund.

order a hair remover from them.. it's over 5-7 weeks! I send about 5 emails to them no response, they are completely ignoring me! Horrible customers service! So they are basically charged me for nothing! Steal my money! They only provide with their email but they dont respond ! THEY ARE FRAUD! THEY ARE STEAL OUR MONEY! If I wont get a response the end of this week I will contact BBB!

It seems that the package was delivered to another
mailbox or the address the customer provided to us was wrong, because the customer sent us an e-mail saying that she never received the item despite we sent it
To fix this problem and leave the customer happy we agreed to send the package again to a new address the client providedAs soon as we have the tracking number we will send it again to our customer by e-mail

I made an order on 18 Oct and of course billed immediately. I received an email the same day stating the order had been received and that I would receive an email when the order shipped. I have not received this email, I have sent emails requesting the status of this order and have not received any response.
