Review: In Oct. 2012 I had my roof replaced by Zubasic home Imp. and was given a 10 yr. warranty. About 2 years ago the roof started to leak. I have made repeated calls witch have resulted in returned calls with repeated promses to come and look and see what the problem is. I have yet to have him come to my home. The last straw was today he was t come down at 1:30pm, he called at 2:48 and said he would be down shortly. Here it is 9pm and no show or call.Desired Settlement: Honor warranty and fix my roof.
