It along with several other from him and other potential customers never was forwarded to my Iphone. I had Never received a phone call nor was there ever a voice mail left. It turns out he ordered too large of an awning. I have been selling awnings for 6.5 years. this is only the second order of over 1400 sales that the customer failed to measure properly. I was on vacation when the original complaint from your office arrived. I attempted to call them the day I got the notice which was Saturday July 18 th. I left a couple of voice messages. They did not return any calls. I also checked all my inbound phone records since May 2 2015 to see if I had gotten a call from the phone # listed on their order. I did not find a record of a call. I boldly put my personal cell # all over my website and cordially invite calls 7 days a week from 9-9 eastern. I also spoke to I beleive [redacted] on Monday July 20 regarding this issue. I immediately issued a RMA# [redacted]. I instructed them that they needed to pay the shipping to return it to the factory and it is the factory's sole judgement if the awning can be re-sold. If it can be re-stocked there can be upwards of a 15% restocking fee. As of this response the awning is on it's way to the factory. I will make a refund to their [redacted] account if and when the awning is deemed sale able as new. I had to [redacted] and his wife that emails are not a reliable form of communication. If they were the Goevrnment and Courts would allow you to use them in Legal notifications. It deeply upset me to have this go are far as it did because they did not call me. Shadefully Yours John N Z[redacted]
