I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Furthermore, the mower that ZRider's was ordering for me was not in stock and I was going to pay for it when it arrived. If ZRider's would have notified me via telephone that they were cancelling my order, I would've worked with them. Instead, they chose to have me wait for 2 weeks and never contact me until I called them to ask if my mower was in. I would like my complaint to stand and be known to everyone, how this company chooses to do business.
