I have had hearing problems since I was 21. I am 83 now. I have had several different hearing aids over the years. Recently I got new hearing aids from Zounds. These are the best hearing aids I have ever had. For example, I had problems knowing when to change batteries on other hearing aids. The Zounds hearing aids and the control monitor are recharged each night. The Zounds hearing aids are comfortable and secure in my ears. The staff at Zounds have been very helpful.

I have owned my Zound hearing aids for about 6 years. In fact, I am on my second set. The folks at Zounds know what a customer is, and how to treat a customer. With each issue that has occurred with operation of my aids or parts issues, the Zound folks that I have come in contact with ([redacted]) most recently ... my needs and concerns have been properly addressed. I continue to be treated as I would treat an important customer. Nice work, indeed.

Finding Peace in the Home
Thank you Zounds for bring peace back, into our household. It used to be that unless we were standing and facing each other, there was no way of communicating. Throughout the day there was the yelling at one another in an effort to be hear which was to no avail. All day long, it was stop what I was doing and go to her to see what she wanted after I had already responded to her call 4 times with WHAT! My thanks also includes all those who called to speak to her. Calls would last four times as long as they needed to as throughout the calls the people would have to repeat themselves several times.
I also noticed the change in her disposition as she can listen to everything from the birds chirping to the grandkids on the phone. It's like they say "when Mama ain't happy, no one else is happy". It's nice to talk to each other again.

I like my ZOUNDS CLAREZA HEARING AID. I have used it for almost a year. I had never used a hearing aid before but I knew I needed one. When I read an ad explaining that the inventor developed a hearing aid for his daughter, I was really impressed. When I learned he had almost 200 patents for inventions to improve his products I was amazed. How do you find a better recommendation than that? I made an appointment immediately and the specialist fitted me & trained me to handle my Zounds and I was on my way home in 2 hours. I was delighted that it was that easy and good. I have said that ever since.

I Purchased my hearing aids from Zounds about a year ago and have had no trouble with them until the past month. When I walked into your store today without an apt your administrator [redacted] offered me coffee and was extremely pleasant and said you would be happy to help me out.
When you took my defective hearing aid to check it out, you came back with a solution and also cleaned and changed my battery and had a smile on your face.
I greatly appreciated all of your help and you can count on me be a customer forever.

I just completed the purchase of a pair of hearing aids and can say that the experience was very satisfactory. This was my first set of hearing aids and I was impressed with the time spent with me and the complete information packet provided along with the verbal responses to my questions. The three staff people that I interacted with were knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I had a concern and was given the chance to talk to the owner of the store and he was very upfront and responsive to my questions. Overall, it was a great experience.

I got my hearing aids here at Zounds one year ago. My experience has been only positive. My initial visit and fitting with hearing aids and the clinician that set me up on hearing aids was excellent with me. The hearing aids work great and each time I have gone into the center with questions or battery changes or my charger was broken, I was helped with ease and friendliness. Some days I would simply drop in without calling and would be helped immediately! I would recommend this Zounds locations to anyone shopping for hearing aids!

The klutz that I am, I am very happy to be able to go to the hearing aid office and get my problems taken care of. Lost a hearing aid, fine tuning, destroying my battery thing. Both the resident expert and especially the receptionist have been extremely courteous and except for the replacement of the hearing aid no cost was expected.

I was pleased to learn that you have become the owner of the Zounds franchise in [redacted]. As you may recall, I was first introduced to the company and its' technology by you at a mutual friends house nearly five years ago.

Shortly after that time, I became a Zounds customer through their outlet store in [redacted], Az. I have worn Zounds hearing aids ever since and recently upgraded to their new [redacted] Model in 2012. Upon our return to Arizona from a summer home in upstate NY, I needed some repair / warranty work done on my aids. Accordingly, I visited the [redacted] store which was opened several years ago and is the nearest to my home.

Having visited this store a number of times previously, I was pleasantly surprised by the many improvements and facility upgrades that were obvious. I subsequently learned that you had acquired the store and were responsible for both, the obvious and not so obvious enhancements. Further, the services provided by your staff including hearing tests, battery checks and revised audio programing were all first class.

You can be assured that I will recommend both Zounds and your hearing aid services to my friends.

After years of not being able to hear and having tried other hearing instruments I tried Zounds. My neighbor suggested I give them a shot. Ally was very professional and gave me realistic expectations regarding what to expect. I am very happy with the results, support and follow up that I am experiencing. I have had the instruments for 5 weeks and each day my hearing seems to improve. They tell me that my hearing should continue to improve over the next 3 months. I encourage you to try Zounds ; even if you have not had success in the past with hearing instruments.

I want to commend you on your excellent customer service. You have worked with me over the past 6-months to correct a problem I was having with the pair of Zounds Impreso 20 hearing aids that I acquired last April 2013.
I have small ear canals. I had broken the wire connection from the hearing aid, that fits behind my ear, to the body of microphone that I fit into my ear. This had occurred three times: a) last August 2013, and b) twice in January 2014. Each time you replaced the broken piece with no cost to me.
You were able to fit a plastic wand to the post for each of the microphones. I am now able to easily extract the microphone from my ear canal. This has eliminated the pressure I was applying as I grasped the post while extracting the microphone.
I am so happy to have purchase the Zounds Impreso 20 hearing aids. They work wonderfully for me. Plus, I am fortunate to having your service.

Review: After a hearing test at our doctors' office,he recommended your organization, so upon his suggestion, we contacted your [redacted] office and scheduled an appointment for the [redacted] office,which is only open Thursday and Friday. On May 21, 2015, my husband [redacted] was fitted with 2 hearing aids from your organization.We went back for the first check up after a week and my husband said then that he didn't really want the right ear aid. We were convinced by the tech,[redacted] that he should keep it and use is. He agreed and we scheduled another appointment for 2 weeks. My husband had a heart attack, followed by a triple bypass surgery and then followed that with a severe stroke. There are times when things come up with [redacted] that make it impossible to make to appointments. I always try to call and change/cancel the appointment. I rescheduled the 2 week appointment over the phone to the [redacted] office,having to leave a message. As I recall I stated that I would like to reschedule as soon as possible, even if I had to bring him to the [redacted] office. They rescheduled me for the 26th and when we went to the office to have him checked ad return the right side aid that he didn't want from the start we were told that we were past the 30 date and could not return the aid.We are out of pocket $1700.00 for that aid that he wanted to return at the first visit. I wish we had the kind of money that $1700.00 didn't mean anything, however,that is not the case. It was my feeling that when we left the [redacted] office today that this policy comes straight from headquarters. I don't recall that the 30 policy was stressed to us,even though it is underlined in the policy. I would have hoped that someone would have stressed to us how critical this was. Your policy should state that there are ABSOLUTELY no deference from the 30 days. Also,it would have been helpful, when I called, to have someone say that the 30 day period was rapidly approaching and our refund/return was in jeopardy.Desired Settlement: It is my opinion that we, and probably other, have been taken advantage of. Things can change on a dime with older people and my guess is that most of your clients are older.I will be letting our doctor know of your stringent policy and ask that he not recommend your organization again.

After a long period of non-use, these persons very willingly brought my information up to date in a very pleasant manner. They answered several questions I had. I was delighted also to hear my family's voices in natural tones and my family appreciated being able to converse in a much quieter way.

I have worn hearing aids of various brands over the past twenty years. I have tried most all types. About two years ago I saw and ad in the [redacted] that looked like something I might be interested in as a hand-held control was part of the aid process.

I went to the Zounds on [redacted]. I found the personnel there to be very accommodating and helpful in every way. After a hearing test, they fit me with their top model (they have three) as my loss was significant in the higher frequencies. I have been totally pleased since the purchase, and in fact, I bought a set for my wife as well. She loves hers as do I.

There have been infrequent problems like fitting devices in the ear, replacement of the tiny battery in the aid itself (incidentally the aids recharge every evening with a special device so one does not need to buy expensive batteries). They never flinched a bit when it came time to replace anything…even a replacement for the hearing aid itself.

My wife and I both highly recommend Zounds, not only for the high quality design but for the "service after purchase" as well.

Service is excellent. I have been a customer of Zounds in Scottsdale for over 4 years. Product is very good. I highly recommend them !!
