Review: I bought a pair of beats headphones, through this company on amazon, 3 weeks later the left side completely stopped working, they will not replace the item, they will not answer my email, when you pay 100 dollars for a product, you expect it to work for longer than 3 weeks, with their a-z guarantee, this does not fit into their policy, for selling crap products and they are claiming they have a A+ Revdex.com rating. which is NOT correct and false advertisement and I cannot leave any seller feedback.Desired Settlement: replacement product

As clearly marked on our website and selling portals we have a strict 30 day return policy which Ms. [redacted] did not adhere to. As her product does come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty we directed her to call the company, Beats, directly who would be able to either fix her headphones or provide her a new pair. There was never a question whether she would be able to get her headphones fixed or a replacement pair she just had to call the manufacturer since our return policy had expired already.
