I purchased two pillows late November. The order said it would take 3 to 6 weeks. I had to search for the company and ask where my product was. Thwy finally sent me one pillow the end of January. However, the product I received is less than what was advertised. It shows to fit an adult. It fits a small child. They refuse to pay return shipping and shipping costs more than the product. The other resolution is to gice me half off the product. ***.
I want the full ammpunt back that I paid and they pay for return shipping
This is not the product I ordered & that you advertised; it is a miniature version; I want a full refund for both orders and I will return the item only at Company's own expense. ***

Placed an order with this company on 12/18/17, after that did not hear from them again, they took the funds within 2 days of the order, but never sent any updates on the progress of the order. Sent 2 emails to them and both emails stated they would ship our order expedite to get it to receive sooner rather than later. Expected ship time would then be 3-4 weeks. After 1 month and 0 updates to my order which according to them I should have had my items the items still had not shipped and there was zero communication from the company. Only after asking to cancel my order and refund my money was I told that my order was shipping, it wasn't but a shipment label had been created and they wouldn't cancel it then. It shipped 3 days after that. Zootzi CS told me they were having carrier issues and that was the problem, but they were doing nothing to fix it or compensate me for their delay. *** I still have not received the product as of yet, it is expected to arrive 2/2
