Attached you will find a copy of the paper work that was done between [redacted] and Zoom ATX LLC As you can see in the in papers, the sale date was 7/02/and the remaining was due in days as the paper plate will expire then [redacted] had sent a check on 9/19/which didn't arrive till 9/23/which was days past due the deadline We have contacted [redacted] MANY Times and even call his roommate (whom referred him to Zomm ATX) and he didn't reply or answer any our texts (all texts are saved and available upon request) Zoom ATX had tired to help Mr [redacted] many time to resolve this but unfortunately no response was provided Please review the attached supporting document and let me know if I can be of any further help Thanks Zoom ATX, LLC

He agreed to repair the car and allow us to have a 3rd party mechanic examine the repair or to refund our money minus a 10% deposit. We agreed to the second option and returned the car. Mr. Alchaer refunded our payment minus a 10% deposit. This issue is now resolved and can be closed.

didn't arrive till 9/23/14 which was 20 days past due the deadline.
