Zooba Travel

We purchased two of these trips to Costa Rica for my sister and I. Unfortunately, it was cancelled due to COVID. We made several attempts to reschedule the trips to no avail. No one would return our phone calls, texts, or emails. This has been going on for over a year. Do not use this company to book trips to go anywhere. They will take your money, and yo will be left without a trip.

Tried booking a trip for 5 months. You can't speak to a Rep. You give your information and they call you. Called four times with no call back. Gave up and booked the trip myself!

WE purchased a travel certificate for 7 day 6 night Getwaway to a destination of our choice: Jamaica, Costa Rica or Punta Cana. Room taxes included. We were to email with 3 travel dates and a travel concierge would respond to book. A month and half later, we found a phone number and called. The vacations they are quoting are the same price I could book on line myself. They try to sweeten the deal with $500 in resort coupons and $35 spa credits. These certificates are being auctioned off at NWTF. They try to get you to book in the off season, which is not an option for us, plus the price is still what we could book ourselves.
