Zone Telecom, Inc.

Review: Zone Telecom provides our internet and telephone service. On June 27th,2013 I called their customer service number and reported that I noticed that the agency I work for, [redacted], was being charged for local calls. I received an email from, [redacted], Zone Telecom Customer Support Manager, on 7/2/13 which stated "We continue to research this issue and this will likely require us to reach out to Paetec to have routing/ rating tables reviewed and updated. I will keep you posted on the status. I should have more next week."I then received an email from her on 8/1/13 that stated "I wanted to provide you with another update on this issue. As previously stated , there has been a rating issue identified with Paetec. We are working with them to correct the issue and once the issue is resolved we will determine a credit for the incorrectly billed amount. Unfortunately, this type of issue does take time to correct and calculate. I will continue to provide you with updates. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions."And, upon inquiry, I received another email from her dated 9/5/13 stating:"I sincerely apologize for the time it is taking to resolve this issue. I have followed up again to determine where they are with this rating issue. We will continue to push and provide you with updates. I am passing this issue over to [redacted] who will be communicating with you from this ticket."It has now been over 3 months and this problem still has not been resolved. We want a reimbursement and to cancel our contract with this company.

Review: Phone service has been disconnected, with a credit on the account since January 2013 or sooner. I have called and asked for refund of my $16.47 and Zone Telecom is unwilling or unable to do so. Customer service denies they have any record of the request; They don't answer direct questions about the request, the process, etc.Desired Settlement: Refund check, with interest, within a week.
