Hi ***,Thank you for the email? I had no idea this complaint was filed with the Revdex.com.I completely agree with the client? I am not able to issue a refund because she filed a credit card dispute and she will receive her money back through that process? If she had not filed a credit
card dispute, I would refund her money directly.We did order her goods and our vendor shipped the goods to the wrong person? When the customer called us looking for her item we found there was a shipping error after talking to our vendor? They assured us they would send her replacements? We thought the issue was resolved.I then received a chargeback notice from our merchant service provided? I researched the issue again and found out that her goods were not shipped? I immediately emailed the merchant service provider that we are not contesting her claim and she should be refunded.We should have acted faster and had a system in place to make sure she received her goods? We have discussed this transaction with our customer service and will be doing everything we can to avoid any situation like this in the future.Attached is a copy of the chargeback notice showing we did not dispute her claim**Attachment redacted by Revdex.com staff**

We have addressed this issue by crediting the balance due on
their account. After doing so we contacted the customer, Tom and Donna [redacted]
and informed them that the balance on their account has been removed and their
account is now clear.

Zome Design LLC, lacks customer service. I ordered two items in November 2013, it's almost February 2014 and I still have not received the items that I ordered. Each time the representative says that the item will be shipped. If they can't fulfill the order, just be upfront about it and refund my money. I however noticed that the items ar now selling for $200 on their website (hum!)
