4/10/ Zoko Restaurant [redacted] Revdex.com Corporate Office La Posada Dr Austin, TX Dear Revdex.com, In response to both complaints you received # [redacted] and # [redacted] about our business On March 27, a party of three women returned to the restaurant shortly after they had left because one lady could not find her phoneImmediately the manager and the staff searched for a phone throughout the area where they sat as well as inside and outside the restaurant Although everyone here was very cooperative in looking for this phone the customer proceeded with calling the police insisting the staff had stolen her phoneThe manager and the waiter participated with any questions the police had for them Understanding our customer was very upset, and after careful consideration to this incident, we feel that everything possible was made to find this lost item Management Zoko Restaurant
