Review: I attended Zoetics Bar and Lounge with my family on 9/25/15. We were told after placing our order that we needed to start a tab or give a credit card even though we did not receive a bill first. We were told this was a new process they were implementing. To our discomfort me and my dad gave our credit card. The waiter left with our cards for about 5mins and returned with our bill. We paid our bill and signed the credit card slip. The next day my dad looked at his bank account and noticed he was over charged and asked me to take a look. I did and I was overcharged as well. I emailed the company and several days later I got a call. I indicated the issue and was told they will look into it. I got an email that same day that stated my dad was overcharged due to them charging him double tax and I was overcharged due to being charged twice for a tip. I was informed of the amounts that would be refunded. My dad received his refund and I did not. I reached out and received a general email stating my refund was processed from square. I informed I will give it another 7days. After 7days I checked and still did not receive my refund. Emailed Zoetics back making them aware I still have not received my refund. Now no one is returning my emails. I have even offered to send my bank statements showing I have not received the refund. No return call or emails.Desired Settlement: To receive my refund.
