Zoe's Alterations

I was brought into Zoe's from [redacted] which has an adjoining hallway. She pinned the dress, then told me to go back to the Bridal side for the associate to help get me out of the dress, and to pay for the dress. This is when Zoe informed me that the charge would be $1,400.00 to do the alterations. I was shocked, I said there's no way I am going to pay that much. Zoe became extremely rude, saying that she was the best in the business , she then said well you have to pay me for the pinning of the dress, $ 50.00 but I will remove the pins. I told her I would give her the $50.00 but that she was not to touch my dress. She then followed me to where the dress was hanging and starting pulling at it. She would not let go, it was a tug of war. The manager from the Bridal side had to pull her away from my dress and tell her to let go of it. I could not believe it. What should of been a wonderful day ended with me going home in tears. Save yourself bride's to be, stay away.
