Review: I have been getting daily emails from Zoe Ministries offering prophecy readings for various prices. I paid $37.50 for a prophecy reading Sunday, Feb [redacted]. The email advertises that you will receive a personal phone call from a prophet where you can speak with them one on one to get details on your life, what the future has in store for you, and Godly encouragement. I received a phone call from a prophet Monday, Feb [redacted] in the morning but somehow we got cut off somehow. I called back and told the customer service representative what happened and she told me that she would have another prophet call me. Another prophet called me that evening and she was very short. She told me that I needed to smile and the phone call lasted less than 3 minutes. She didn't give me any person details about my life or anything. What she told me was very short and generic. It was something that I could sit on the phone and tell anyone who calls me and pretend that I'm a prophet. I asked the prophet why so short and she told me that she was on a call limit. Since it was so late in the evening I called customer service the next morning, Feb [redacted] and requested a refund. I was told that a manager would call me. I never heard anything back from them. I called this morning, Feb [redacted] and I was told the same thing that someone would call me back. I have yet to hear anything from them. It's obvious they are scammers pretending to be prophets taking people's money. Now they are giving me the runaround and aren't trying to assist and giving me a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $37.50 refunded back to my debit card because I did not get the services that I paid for.
Review: Constant and unwanted robocalls from "Master Prophet" to attend telephone seminars. Totally unwanted solicitations.Desired Settlement: Remove from telephone, mailing and email lists immediately.
