Zobi tea

Placed Ordered on 8/29/17, received confirmation email of order, payment was deducted from my***, as of today no product received.
On 08/29/17 I received a text message from Zobi Tea for a 30% discount on order. I had ordered from them in past and had no issue. I placed an order on 08/30/17 for 28 Day Detox Tea System for $27.27 with the 30% discount per the text message. I paid via my*** account and the payment was deducted from my account. On 09/12/17 and 09/14/17, I sent emails to [email protected], for status of my order, with no reply. On 09/15/17, I left a message on their *** page. I have As of today 11/21/17, I have yet to receive my order.

I buy a product since the 05/19/17 and it hasn't arrive the business shipment policy says it takes from 1 to 4 weeks for package to the rest of the world, but it has been 17 weeks and it hasn't arrive I called the business and nobody answers, also send several emails asking for my delivery or my refund, no reply this far from anyone from Zobi tea.
