This telemarketer promised a product ($100 gift card) along with information about how to cancel service.Neither were delivered. The buying service started billing 15 days later at cost of 39.99 per month and then added another service from FMC at 29.95 for magazines. Customer service cannot produce recorded call that proved we agreed to this service. Full refund from July-Dec 2015 is expected.Desired SettlementWe received magazines we did not request and DID NOT receive any gift cards or other tangible product in exchange for monthly fees of 39.99 and 29.95. We expect full refund to our credit card.
