I am rejecting this response because: same owner different company if someone can close companies and open others, under the same premise- in this case construction, and be the same owner/proprietor - you must incorporate the two Smoke & mirrors.Ephie has reached out and is attempting to work through the claim against him It is obvious there are issues with the original contract drawn up, and the lack of execution of that as well as 'changes' that were presented but never agreed upon.I will attempt to find a way to print up the text exchange we are having, and moving forward will require Ephie to only respond/communicate in email
