First of all, the first letter of their business is a Z but the computer won't accept that and automatically changes the name to *** Last week while surfing the web my computer was hijacked by this company A page popped up covered with numbers and symbols, very loud urgent sounds, a woman's voice that repeatedly voiced a warning that malwear had been inserted into my computer and it was urgent to contact a number on the screen This message continued to be repeated constantly The phone number was preceded by something like "*** help." I could not lower the volume on their message or turn off my computer My computer is a laptop I tried my way of turning off my computer and then I tried the on/off button but the nerve rattling message would not stop I now know to hold down my on/off button for seconds Finally, out of desperation I called the number and was told that they would help me for a sum of money I ended up writ
