Typically the item ordered by the customer takes 4-weeks to manufacture; however, in this case we did not receive it from our manufacturing partner for weeksEach time the customer contacted us, I responded with the best information available at that time, and then I personally shipped the item on October 30, the very day it was availableThe customer has it now.The order did arrive later than our estimates, and for that (and any inconvenience the delay may have caused), I am truly sorryI personally apologized to the customerThe customer is under no obligation to keep the item, if unhappyWe will gladly issue them a full refund.If you feel this matter merits posting on the Revdex.com site, then it would be fair to indicate that shipping took longer than expectedWe hope, however, that ultimately the customer is happy with their purchaseIf they are not, again, we are happy to refund them the full purchase price.Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.Thanks for all your help in resolving this matter,Katie L***General ManagerZivic Instruments** *** *** ** ***
