our studioAfter hearing what Ziva has to offer, she filled out a registration form stating her desire and intent to participate in the full, multi-day meditation courseOn Dec*, 2014, responding to a "please confirm your participation" email, [redacted] did in fact email us to confirm her participation, stating that she would be joining the first course session on Friday, Dec*, at 5pmOn Dec *, 2014, [redacted] acknowledged her participation in the course again by emailing us to let us know she would not be able to attend the fourth and final session, held that same dayTo make up for her inability to attend in person, we promptly sent her a link to a video so that she could view the lesson from homeWe have documentation of all of these interactions confirming her attendance in the courseWe also have a scanned copy of her original, signed registration form, on which she is informed in no uncertain terms the price of the complete meditation training: $We did not expect her to pay the entire fee in one payment up front, necessarily, as we do offer an installment plan of $per month for monthsHowever, she was expected to begin paying her installments by the time she attended the first sessionShe had been emailed a link to set up her payments as early as Dec *, 2014, shortly after she had attended the Intro Talk, giving her ample time to arrange payment before her session on Dec When she arrived at the Ziva Meditation studio on Friday, Dec * at 5pm to attend the first day's session, I spoke with her personally to ask her if she was able to pay her fee onlineShe explained that she had attempted to pay, but that her card had been compromised and that she was expecting a new card from her bankI decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and show good will, so I allowed her to participate in the course without having set up her payments in advanceOn Wednesday, Dec *** 2014, a few days after the course had ended, I emailed her to check in about setting up her paymentsI received no responseI allowed the holidays to pass, considering that perhaps she was in a difficult financial situation, and then on Thursday, Jan *, I checked in with her again via email to see if she was able to payOnce more, I received no responseI have documentation of all of these messagesI also have a record of her initial attempt to pay for the fee, during which attempt her card was declinedAnd our system additionally shows that she received our emails reserved only for participants in a course, several of which our system shows that she openedAll of these interactions further demonstrate her willing participation in the course and utilization of servicesHaving received no payment or response from [redacted] , over the next several weeks and months I reached out via phone multiple times, leaving voicemails each time: providing my phone number and explaining the situation(I even have documentation for one of these phone calls, made Feb **, 2015, as I made the call using our company's [redacted] Voice number, for which [redacted] logs all interactions)For all of my outreach, I received no response backIndeed it took us some time to arrange for her account to be sent to collections, but her amount owed is validShe consumed a service for which she rendered no paymentWe would have gladly worked out an arrangement with her had we received a response or sign of good faith, but she neglected to correspond with us in any way regarding this matterTherefore, once we had officially contracted with a collections agency this year, her account was handed overI have provided all of the documentation that we have concerning this matter to the Revdex.com mediator, so that they have it on fileAnd they have assured me it will be forwarded to you for review And regarding your note that you could not get in contact with us, please be aware that we do have a working voicemail as well as a contact form on our website, where a direct email address is listed as
