I have a monthly membership of 29.99 with Zips Car Wash. The payment is done through ACH each month out of my checking account.
On 01/28/19 they debited my account 29.99 and then again on 01/31/19, and then again on 02/10/2020.
I have personally spoke to GM Phillip on multiple occasions and he keeps telling me they are going to refund my account for the 2 months. However, it's been weeks now and I just keep being told it will be 3 to 5 business days.
