Zips Car Wash

I am a current member of Zips Car Wash Highway 81 North Anderson South Carolina. When I first signed up it was great. Now terrible. Today there was no pre wash spray, one complete side of vacuums have been inoperable and closed off for two weeks, the vacuum I did use on the good side had little vacuum, the mat cleaner has been broken for months, and there were only a few red dry towels and they were disgustingly stained and black greasy looking. I will have to cancel my membership if things don’t seriously improve.

If the scratches are inconsistent to the way the car wash is completed, it is the reason why the claim was denied We wash alot of cars and if something happens, we are willing to fix it If the scratch was done on one spot, this was not done at our facility I see these things all the time

I am rejecting this response because:I have a brand new car there was no scratch on my car before going there . You have cameras that show my car going in with no scratch. Not to mention just because it’s your opinion it did not happend there doesn’t mean it didn’t... you just said that your car wash scratches cars. I want my scratch fixed it happens there
