Review: Order was placed with Zippswitch on April **, 2015. [redacted] WAS charged on 4/** in the amount of $237.47.

Contact was made with several times by email requesting delivery updates. Calls were made 5/**, 5/**, 5/**, 5/** no answer. I did receive email from [redacted] on Wednesday at 12:20 pm stating he would get me tracking number later that afternoon. 5/**, 5/** and 6/* I emailed him back asking for that tracking number. On 6/* I received [redacted] ship schedule showing Tracking number shipment is scheduled. Today I review tracking number on [redacted] site. Only showing is label has been created. This is unbelievable.Desired Settlement: Warn buyers about this company.

Review: Bought a three safety mats and one of them would not work. I contacted [redacted] by email on Sept ** and he replied stated "We'll get a no charge replacement sent out either tomorrow or Friday. I'll send you a return BOL so you can send the defective safety mat back to us for evaluation." I have emailed several times since then with no response. I have tried called and now the phone is out of service.Desired Settlement: I would like either an exchange or credit my CC.

Review: Placed online order on 4/**, received order confirmation #[redacted].Contacted them by phone on 5/* asking for delivery date. Person I spoke with said it was to ship that day. I've emailed several times, no answer, I faxed on 5/**, I called on 5/**, no one answered. I've tried on 5/**, phone is full.We have an order $237.47 which is charged to my Visa Card.Desired Settlement: Please have them send product or credit back Visa card.
