I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Those words " I ate the food NEVER came out my mouth." This is getting ridiculous nowIf I told them that why would I be making a big deal out of getting my money backI never ate the food and never told them that Its clear a lie is being told to save their butts and I'm getting upset nowI got the wrong order , called the delivery person back and they never answeredI NEVER ate that nasty food and NEVER cane out my mouth and said thatThis is a sad business especially when employees lie to say their buttThis is sickening I have to go this far because these people are lying. Customer stated that she ate the food when she spoke with the manager on duty, that is why the driver was never sent back ,nor a refund issuedWhen she was told that I would take 2-business days for a refund to show on her card, the worker was mistaken, she did not have the order in front of her
and thought she was talking about a different order

Our policy has always been that in order for a refund to be given,the product must be returned, which is the same as any other retail establishment. A person doesn't go to [redacted] for example and buy a product, deem it "nasty" then go demand a refund after throwing it away. Our employee is adamant that the customer said she ate the food, whether she did or not isn't really the issue, the issue is the food was never returned.Zip's Wiseguys Pizza
