Zio's pizza and the management team there have no customer service skills at all, I order food from them takes an hour and a half to get to me and it's 5 minutes from my place. I tell them the food is cold I don't want so they take the food back, I talk to the manager he says he would refund my money takes 3 to 5 business days ok I wait over 10 days still no response of any refunds call back again another manager has no acknowledgement to a refund ever being issued I asked can I come pick up a check or pay me in cash the manager" says well if the other manager processed it I can't process any future refunds" so I said im just gonna file a dispute and then the manager got high rate and escalated the call and started yelling at me on the phone in front of employees and other customers I know definitely in my opinion is not proper business professionalism
