I placed an order for my brother He never received his order. I've contacted the owner by phone and text and no response. I placed an order (Rasta hat) for my brother [redacted] June 10, 2016. Two weeks later mr [redacted] informed me that he had not received the hat. I contacted the owner and he informed me that he was shipping the order out the next day. Again, he still has not received his order. I contacted he owner again July 5th and I left a message and voicemail. I contacted him again July 26th and no response. The money was debited from my account in the amount of $15. I want a refund. Desired SettlementRefund
